Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We only accept returns and exchanges on full priced items.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY DISCOUNTED OR SALE ITEMS.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging in resell-able condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We serve the right to refuse refunds and exchanges on goods send back to us in unsellable condition. Once your return has been approved please return the item(s) back to us using a recorded/ tracked parcel service. You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or discounted items.
Exchanges

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once your exchange has been approved please return the item(s) back to us using a recorded/ tracked parcel service. We serve the right to refuse refunds and exchanges on goods send back to us in unsellable condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s). Once we have received your item we will email you a payment link for £3.99 shipping fee to ship the exchanged item back out to you. Once this had been paid the new item will be shipped.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
